Hi, My name is Chelvy Moe-Mackosso. I am a Senior Code Quality & Performance Engineer with 10+ years of proven experience in an innovative environment. Highly skilled in detecting and remediating performance and code quality issues early in the development cycle. Have tested numerous applications, including client as well as server metrics, inspected of client (JavaScript) code, managed responder platform, and developed robust reporting framework (dashboards, alerts, etc.).

At Business level

I understand, gather requirements and create business process using textual modelling and process flow diagrams using visual modelling.

At Software/Application level

I can see out a project from conception to final product, I create use cases/ wireframes using functional requirements modelling. I Develop front end website architecture, design user interactions on web pages, develop back end website applications, create servers and databases for functionality, ensure cross-platform optimization for mobile devices, ensure responsiveness of applications through different medias, work alongside graphic designers for web design features, and finally I design and develop APIs by meeting both technical and consumer needs. I always stay abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages.

I create entity relationship diagrams (ERD) using data modelling techniques.

Strong knowledge of performance concepts such as response time, CPU timings, and memory usage. Familiar with Java, JavaScript, relational databases, REST interfaces, XML, JSON, Linux and Windows server OSs, CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and UrbanCode suite, source control systems (P4, SVN, git). Completed detailed analysis for software selection (SCADA/Gas-Liquids Measurement applications). Reviewed Requirement Traceability Matrix and Test Cases. Monitored daily progress of testing and Status reporting. Managed small offshore development team of 6 developers from Indian. Performed business process audits based on the software life cycle of the project to ensure processes are followed. Served as a technical liaison between quality control and other departments, vendors, or contractors. Created test plans and test cases to test InterACT application by scheduling resources. Operated and maintained the overall SCADA System, including all servers, operator consoles, scanning equipment, network...
